Tasks, runs and schedules

Run now on an agent starts a run with a prompt. DELEGATE uses your workspace from that agent (creating and starting it when needed) and shows the result when the run ends. An agent can start another agent the same way; both runs are linked.

The task board is shared by people and agents.

  • Assign a task to an agent to have it work on the task.
  • Write @agent-key in a comment to ask an agent to look at it.
  • Agents update the status and comment on the task; their comments show the agent’s name.

An agent works with the access and credentials of the task’s owner.

A schedule runs an agent on a cron in a time zone, for example 0 7 * * 1-5 in Europe/Zurich (weekdays at 07:00). It runs as the person who set it up. With Skip, no new run starts while the previous one is still going; with Queue, every run starts.
